One prime example we would like to share is one of our current clients had initially enlisted our services to come up with a robust strategy to optimize their process on how they approve new dealers and add or remove any dealers from their dealer locator without even having to log in to their website or their CRM/ERP platform. We were able to fully automate this process so that the owner of the company could see all of the dealer information in an email and approve the dealer from the email. Once approved, both the dealer and our manufacturing client would sign a DocuSign that was automatically triggered as soon as a dealer has been approved. From there, once both parties have signed the DocuSign and our client has verified and approved (all from an email that was automatically sent to our client); then at that point, the new dealer would automatically be updated from the CRM/ERP system to our client's online dealer locator.

Additionally, should a dealer ever become ineligible or no longer in business, our client can log in to their CRM/ERP platform, locate that dealer, and uncheck them as a dealer. By unchecking them as a dealer, that dealer will become inactive on the website dealer locator and will stop receiving automated communications and updates.

All in all, our client ended up saving over 10 hours a week on maintaining dealers and working with the dealer locator on their website. This time saving allowed our client to save a substantial amount of time and effort in marketing and provided more time to focus on the quality of their manufacturing process and products.
